Carbon Black Global LLC was established in 2009 with a mission to develop a waste processing system. The company established its first operating plant and research center in Dunlap, Tennessee, in 2015, and CBG Holdings LLC was established in 2018 with new ownership and direction for the future. CBG Holdings LLC has continued to support research into the viability of transforming a variety of carbon-based waste into carbon and syngas.
Patents are owned by CBG Holdings LLC and/or Bright Sand Inc., and exclusively licensed to CBG Holdings LLC.
